These images were shot for The National Peanut Board in eastern North Carolina and south Alabama and Mississippi. Peanut farming is a family business, often with several generations involved. It's hard work that requires up-to-date knowledge and equipment and a dedication few people can muster. I've never met more friendly, good-hearted people. It was an honor to work beside these fine folks.
